Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

We take pride in shipping fast. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
We will send a shipping notification with tracking when your package is about to ship. 

Shipping cost is based on a combination of total order weight and shipping address. Domestic orders over 13oz ship USPS Priority Mail, which is 1-3 days. Domestic orders 13oz and under ship USPS First Class Mail and tend to take a little longer. International shipping is available and usually takes between 1-3 weeks. In some cases, there may be custom fees that will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

ORDER ISSUES

If you realize that you have provided incorrect shipping information during checkout, please contact us. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive items broken or damaged, please send us 1-2 photos as well as your number to hello@highlandbluffstudio.com. We will send you a replacement. We require the photo so that we can file an insurance claim with USPS.  

RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

If we have made an error, we will provide you with a refund or exchange. Otherwise, we will accept returns and exchanges on unused, unlit candles; however, the buyer will be responsible for any shipping costs. Please contact us within 15 days for a return. The item must be shipped back to us within 30 days. 

Please respect that Highland Bluff Studio candles and room spray scents are not your traditional scents. We have used our own interpretations of specific fragrances, how those fragrances blend together, and how we have associated them to the things that inspired them. If you are unsure about a scent, we recommend trying our smaller candle sizes in order to sample scents before purchasing the larger sized candles.
