Reading Plan for the Year 2020

Reading Plan for the Year 2020

This year I wanted to try to put a little structure around my plans for reading, and so was born the Reading Plan for the Year 2020. This list originally started as a Google Doc, until I realized it would also be fun to share it with you all. The twelve months are listed here. In each month, you will find the book that read for that month or the books that I "plan" to read. I quotation the word "plan" here because this list is not set in stone. For one, my reading mood can change. Second, sometimes I have some months that are busier than others. But, hopefully, keeping this plan will help me stay on schedule.

There is a handy key below that I use to track my progress through the months. Also note that there are larger sections at the bottom called Books to Prep for 2020 Releases, Books to Fill in the Months, and Recommended By Others and on My Radar. My current goal is to read 52 books this year. Currently, my pace is 5 books a month. I'll be pulling from these sections at the bottom to fill in the months as I go. Lastly, be aware that I may randomly add books that weren't already on the bottom lists. Sometimes, someone makes a really good recommendation, and I have to pick it up immediately.
